Reservation and cancellation policies
To guarantee your reservation you must make a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
This deposit can be made by bank transfer (Pichincha, Produbanco or in a Swiss account) or you can pay with a credit card, Visa or Mastercard (credit card payments, in case of cancellation, are non-refundable).
If we do not receive the deposit on the date indicated we will have to cancel your reservation.
If the deposit was made by wire transfer and you cancel your reservation with:
- 30 days or more in advance, we will refund 100% of your deposit;
- 29 and 14 days in advance, we will return 50% of your deposit;
- 13 and 05 days in advance we will refund 25% of your deposit;
- 04 and 0 days in advance there will be no refund of the deposit;
If you do not show up on the day of your reservation, the deposit will not be refunded and cannot be used as a form of payment for the following night.
